These terms explain how Air Charter Smarter works with its members. We have kept them short and clear.

Membership

Membership applications are reviewed individually, and we may decline an application at our discretion. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred.

Our role

Air Charter Smarter arranges private air travel and related services through a network of trusted, independently certified operators. Flights are operated by licensed carriers who hold full operational responsibility for each flight.

Bookings and availability

All aircraft availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking. We always confirm the details of your journey with you before anything is committed.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us as confidential, and we ask members to treat the details of our network and pricing the same way.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will tell members directly before the changes take effect.
